In our rapidly changing world, the future of the Church hinges on the ability to embrace and empower the younger generation. We believe that young people are not merely the Church of tomorrow; they are an essential part of the Church today. Through the 3 Pillars of Community, Discipleship and Worship, Truthmin is committed to engage our youth, youth leaders, youth workers and youth pastors:

1. By enabling youth to contribute their ideas and exercise their gifts, we empower them to own their faith journey and life in their local churches.

2. By supporting the spiritual growth of youth, youth leaders and youth workers through biblical mentoring, teaching, and engagement. We create spaces to engage the Word, openly dialogue and reflect, we help young people deepen their faith and develop a strong personal relationship with God.

3. By building strong, supportive relationships that are crucial for the spiritual well-being of our youth, youth leaders, youth workers and pastors. Because Methodism is inherently connectional, we are dedicated to fostering a sense of community and camaraderie where young people can connect with peers and mentors, share their experiences, and support one another.

4. By nurturing the next generation of leaders within the Methodist Church. Through equipping, mentoring, and serving, we prepare young people to take on leadership roles and contribute to their local church’s mission and vision
