Youth Workers Retreat is meant for ALL full-time youth workers and lay leaders, as identified and invited by church leadership. This provides youth workers (both full time and key lay youth workers) with the opportunity to take time out to reflect on the youth ministry that they do, to learn from the training sessions and experienced workers, and to take time for soul care and mutual encouragement.
